We'll give you some tips to make sure the candle keeps giving you light for as long as possible:

  • When you light a candle for the first time, it is important to let it burn until the wax is evenly melted over the entire surface of the candle. This will help prevent the formation of a so-called tunnel.
  • Always cut the wick to a length of 6 mm before lighting the candle. Long wicks can cause uneven burning or spontaneous combustion.
  • We recommend lighting the candle for no more than 3 hours each time.
  • For safety reasons, please place the candle on a stable surface and use a candle holder or stand.

  • Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch

Vahe cost of delivery is calculated by the carrier, and the customer pays for the delivery.

  • Courier delivery in Ukraine 

Delivery is made to the address you have chosen. Before arrival, the Nova Poshta courier will contact you to confirm the time and address of delivery. The cost of such delivery will be from 60 UAH. Delivery time is 1-3 days.

  • Pick-up

Pickup is available at a time convenient for you from the Lviv Candle Manufactory store located at: Lviv, Museum Square, 1. We work: Mon-Thurs: 10:00 - 19:00, Fri-Sun: 10:00 - 20.00.

Goods are sent across Ukraine by Nova Poshta courier service on weekdays.

We accept instant payment by Visa or MasterCard on the website via the LiqPay payment system.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, you can guarantee a return or exchange of the goods if they do not suit you for any reason. 

  • We accept for exchange or return only the following goods proper quality. 
  • If at the time of the exchange a similar product is not on sale, you have the right to either purchase any other products from the available assortment with the corresponding recalculation of the cost, receive a refund in the amount of the cost of the returned product, or exchange the product for a similar product as soon as the corresponding product becomes available for sale. We will notify you of this on the day the goods go on sale.

Please remember that upon receipt of the goods, you are obliged to verify their integrity and completeness. Otherwise, we will assume that the goods are of proper quality and completeness, and you have accepted them without any comments.

Please note that due to the specifics of the product, as well as the fact that the product is the result of handmade work, the colour and weight of the product may differ from those stated on the website.
