We only accept instant card payments via the LiqPay payment system.

Delivery

Delivery of the goods is carried out within 2-3 days from the date of receipt of the order, except for weekends and holidays and if all goods are in stock. If certain goods are out of stock, we will notify you of this additionally, in which case the delivery time may increase to three business days.

Please note that we only ship on weekdays, Monday to Friday. 

You can choose a delivery method that is convenient for you:
1. Delivery by Nova Poshta in Ukraine to the selected branch. The cost of delivery is calculated by the carrier, and the customer pays for the delivery.
2. Courier delivery by Nova Poshta is delivered to the address of your choice. Before arrival, the Nova Poshta courier will contact you to confirm the time and address of delivery. The cost of such delivery will be from 60 UAH. The delivery time is 1-3 days.
3. 3. is available at your convenience from the Lviv Candle Manufactory store located at: Lviv, 1 Muzeiana Square. We work: Mon-Thurs: 10:00 - 19:00, Fri-Sun: 10:00 - 20:00.

Returns and exchanges

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, you can return or exchange the goods under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" if they do not suit you for any reason. We accept only goods of good quality for exchange or return. If at the time of the exchange a similar product is not available for sale, you have the right to either purchase any other products from the available range with the corresponding recalculation of the cost, receive a refund in the amount of the cost of the returned product, or exchange the product for a similar product at the first time the relevant product becomes available for sale. We will notify you of this on the day the goods go on sale.

Please remember that upon receipt of the goods, you are obliged to verify their integrity and completeness. Otherwise, the goods are deemed to be of proper quality and completeness, and you have accepted them without any comments.

Please note that due to the specifics of the product, as well as the fact that the product is the result of handmade work, the colour and weight of the product may differ from those stated on the website.
