Returns and exchanges

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, you can return or exchange the goods under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" if they do not suit you for any reason. We accept only goods of good quality for exchange or return. If at the time of the exchange a similar product is not available for sale, you have the right to either purchase any other products from the available range with the corresponding recalculation of the cost, receive a refund in the amount of the cost of the returned product, or exchange the product for a similar product at the first time the relevant product becomes available for sale. We will notify you of this on the day the goods go on sale.

Please remember that upon receipt of the goods, you are obliged to verify their integrity and completeness. Otherwise, the goods are deemed to be of proper quality and completeness, and you have accepted them without any comments.

Please note that due to the specifics of the product, as well as the fact that the product is the result of handmade work, the colour and weight of the product may differ from those stated on the website.
