The Candle Factory stores personal data for the period necessary in accordance with the specific purpose for which such data was collected in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and this Policy. Personal data is protected at all stages of processing such data, in particular, but not exclusively, by administrative and technical means.
In case of loss or leakage of personal data, Candle Factory assumes responsibility to notify all relevant data subjects of such loss or leakage within 72 hours from the moment of loss or leakage. Moreover, Candle Factory undertakes to take all appropriate measures to minimise the damage in such a case and to restore the previous situation as soon as possible.

The right to access information on the collection and processing of personal data
Users have the right to receive confirmation from the Candle Factory that their personal data is being processed and the right to access the processed information if they receive such confirmation. Users have the right to receive a list of personal information collected/processed upon request.

The right to get acquainted with personal data
The data subject has the right to acquaintance with the personal data which the Candle Factory collects and processes concerning him or her.

The right to amend personal data
The data subject has the right to amend personal data if it is inaccurate.

The right to be deleted, the right to be forgotten and the right to withdraw consent
The data subject has the right to erasure of his or her personal data and the right to be forgotten, and may request the erasure of personal data when: 1) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected and processed; 2) the data subject withdraws consent; 3) Candle Factory processes personal data for direct marketing purposes and the data subject objects to this processing; 4) the personal data has been processed unlawfully; 5) the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation.
The data subject has the right to object to one purpose of using the data without prejudice to another purpose for which the data is collected and used.

The right to restrict or object to the processing of personal data
The data subject has the right to restrict or object to the processing of personal data at any time for justified reasons relating to the particular situation, unless the processing is required by the legislation of Ukraine. If the Candle Factory receives the request of the data subject, the Candle Factory will no longer process the personal data or restrict the processing. The Candle Factory may object to the aforementioned termination or restriction of the processing if there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

The data subject has the right to protection against decisions made solely on an automated basis. Decisions made exclusively on an automated basis are decisions that use decision-making tools without the involvement of a human factor, to the extent that the results of such actions have legal or other significant consequences for the data subject.

  • This solution is based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling;
  • the decision entails legal or other significant consequences for the data subject.
  • This type of processing can only be performed if this is the solution:
